The two vaults, one made entirely of brick and the other of tuff, make it possible to keep a natural temperature and humidity almost constant both in summer and winter.&#13;\n&#13;\nOn one of the tables in the wine shop, surrounded by wine bottles and vaults, you can enjoy the simple but creative dishes of the in-house kitchen, with a good glass of wine in hand.
